Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Complimentary standard shipping is offered on orders over $550 CAD, before applicable taxes and duties.
Returns & Exchanges
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Full-price purchases are eligible for a refund and include complimentary return shipping.
- Purchases made with a promotion or discount of less than 25% are eligible for a refund; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items discounted 25%–49% are eligible for store credit; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items discounted 50% or more are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Orders shipped outside Canada and the United States are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
