Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges and returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items returned after the 14 day period will not be accepted.

Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags still attached.

Footwear must be returned in its original box with all original packaging and no marks or scuffs on the soles.

We recommend trying on all purchased items once received to ensure adequate time to return them within the return timeframe. We highly recommend trying on your new pieces upon arrival, ensuring enough time for any possible return or exchange to be processed within the 14 day return window.
Discounted Items

Items with a discount of less than 25% are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days.

Items with a 25% to 49% discount are eligible for store credit exclusively.

Items discounted 50% off or more are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Full-Price Purchases & Free Return Shipping

Only full-price purchases (items not on sale and with no discounts applied) qualify for free return shipping.

Discounted purchases (e.g., using a discount code) are subject to return shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns originating outside of Canada will also be subject to any applicable duties, taxes, and fees at the customer’s cost.
- IMPORTANT: ALL DUTIES, TAXES, AND IMPORT FEES MUST BE PAID BY THE RECEPIENT. PACKAGES WITH UNPAID DUTIES WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
- INTERNATIONAL RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Exchanges

We offer one free exchange per order. In the vent of multiple exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds

Refunds will only cover the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Restocking Fee for Multiple Size Orders

A $10 restocking fee per returned item will apply when customers order the same style in multiple sizes and return one or more sizes.

Request a Return/Exchange: Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal. Here you will submit your order number and email address.

Ship Your Return: After submitting your request, you'll receive instructions for return shipping. Be sure to include the return tracking number for processing.
Exchange & Return Process for Orders from Canada & the United States
For returns originating from Canada and the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and additional U.S. Territories):

Once we receive your return request, all items will be verified for refund or exchange eligibility and processed within 1–2 business days.

Within 1–2 business days of the item(s) being received, they will undergo a quality review.

MAISON 4110 reserves the right to decline a return should the goods not meet our quality standards. In such cases, the item will be returned to you at their cost.

Exceptions
Maison 4110 reserves the right to approve or deny returns on a case-by-case basis in situations involving extenuating circumstances.
MAISON 4110 is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME:
Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. Once processed, you will receive notification via email confirming the status of your refund. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your banking institution to post the transaction.
IN-STORE RETURNS:
Items purchased online can also be returned in store, however, the above policy only applies to the MAISON 4110 online store. Items purchased in store cannot be returned online.
