If this does affect your order, you will be immeditately refunded for any items that cannot be fulfilled. Please note that once a refund takes place it can take up to 10 days to show up on your credit card statement.

All damages will be reviewed and the appropriate measures will be decided on a case by case basis, within 3 business days of receiving the damage request.
Online orders that require a return or exchange must be requested within 14 days from the receipt of your shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be eligible. The same policy does not apply for in store purchases.

EXCHANGE & RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
Items must be in their original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be on the items. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our return’s timeframe.
Any footwear that is returned must be in its original box with original packaging and no marks or scuffs on the sole.
We take great pride in providing full refunds for any full price item.
Items between a 20% and 40% markdown can be returned for a store credit.
Items marked down 50% off or more are final sale.
Effective for orders placed on or after August 29, 2024, only full-price purchases will be eligible for free refunds. To qualify as a full-price purchase, the item must not be on sale and no discounts can be applied at the time of purchase.
In cases of extenuating circumstances, Maison 4110 reserves the right to decide eligibility for free refunds on a case-by-case basis.
If your item qualifies for a return but does not meet the criteria for a free refund, you must still initiate the return through our portal. Please note that in these cases, you will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs.
Additionally, we offer one free exchange per order. If you wish to exchange an item more than once, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of any additional exchanges.
Please note that refunds will only cover the cost of the returned item(s) and will not include the original shipping fees. The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
After shipping your return, you must follow these steps to complete the process:
- Visit the Returns & Exchanges page: Returns & Exchanges Portal
- Enter your order number and email.
- Go to the Return Progress page and click "Enter Shipment Details."
- Enter your tracking number and select the carrier.
- Click "Track Shipment" to see updates.
Please note that submitting the shipment details through the Returns & Exchanges Portal is required for processing your return.

EXCHANGE & RETURN PROCESS FOR ORDERS FROM CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and additional US Territories):
- Once we receive your return request, all items will be verified for eligibility and processed within 1-2 business days
- If you qualify for a free return, we will send you a shipping label. If you do not qualify for a free return, you will be responsible for the cost associated with shipping the item(s) back along with sending the tracking number and order number to info@maison4110.com
- If you are doing an exchange, the new items will be placed on hold until we receive your return
- Within 1-2 business days of the item(s) being received, they will undergo a quality review. MAISON 4110 reserves the right to decline a return order if the goods do not meet our quality standards and will be returned to you at your cost
- Once everything is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund to the original payment method (minus any applicable duties) or the exchange will be shipped out at that time
- Local customers have the option of returning online purchases in store
Customers are responsible for all exchanges and returns outside of Canada and the USA. Please note your return must be shipped out within 3 business days of receiving your Return Authorization.
MAISON 4110 is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME:
Please allow for up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once processed. Please note that it could take up to 10 business days for your banking institution to post the transaction.
IN-STORE RETURNS:
Items purchased online can also be returned in store however, the above policy only applies to the MAISON 4110 online store and not the physical store. Items purchased in the store, cannot be returned online.
At checkout you will have the option to select your method of shipping. All orders over $475 (excluding applicable taxes and duties) are eligible for Free Standard Shipping.
All orders are shipped using the following shipping carriers: Purolator, Canada Post or Fedex.
Once an order is received, it will be processed within 1 – 2 business days.
The approximate shipping time will depend on which shipping service you choose - standard or express. All processing and transit times are approximate. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, specifying your approximate delivery date. MAISON 4110 is not responsible for compensating customers due to shipping carrier delay.
MAISON 4110l is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or AE addresses.
Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day.
Customers are responsible for any/all Duty and Custom Fees.
