EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Online orders requiring a return or exchange must be requested within 14 days of receiving your package. Items returned after this period will not be eligible. This policy does not apply to in-store purchases.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

Items must be in their original condition and must not have been worn, altered, or washed. All tags must be attached to the items. We recommend that you try on all purchased items upon receipt to ensure you have enough time to return them within the specified timeframe.

Any returned shoes must be in their original box with their original packaging and must not have any marks or scuffs on the soles.

All sale items are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.

The following categories are not eligible for exchanges or returns:

Swimwear, lingerie, jewelry, beauty products, and home goods.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN PROCESS FOR ORDERS FROM CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories):

Once we receive your return request, all items will be checked for eligibility and processed within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you a return authorization and a shipping label to return your items. If you are exchanging an item, the new items will be held until we receive your return. Within 1 to 2 business days of receiving the items, they will undergo a quality inspection. MAISON 4110 reserves the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet our quality standards; in such cases, they will be returned to you at your expense. Once everything has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus any applicable fees), or the exchange will be shipped at that time. Local customers can return online purchases in-store. Customers are responsible for all exchanges and returns outside of Canada and the United States.

Please note that your return must be shipped within 3 business days of receiving your return authorization.

MAISON 4110 is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME: Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund once it has been processed. Please note that this may take up to 10 days.

IN-STORE RETURNS: Items purchased online can also be returned in-store; however, the policies above apply only to the MAISON 4110 online store. Please ask in-store for information on the store’s specific policies. Items purchased in-store cannot be returned online.
