Exchanges & Returns

Online orders that require a return or exchange must be requested within 14 days from the receipt of your shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be eligible. The same policy does not apply for in store purchases.

Items must be in their original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be on the items. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our return’s timeframe.

Any footwear that is returned must be in it's original box with original packaging and no marks or scuffs on the sole. 

All SALE items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. 

The follow categories are not eligible for exchanges and returns:

Swimwear and Lingerie 
Beauty & Home and Wellness

EXHANGE & RETURN PROCESS FOR ORDERS FROM CANADA AND THE UNIUTED STATES (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and additional US Territories):

  • Once we receive your return request, all items will be verified for eligibily and processed with 1-2 business days
  • We will send you a Return Authorization and label to ship back your items
  • If you are doing an exchange, the new items will be placed on hold until we receive your return
  • Within 1-2 business days of the item(s) being received, they will undergo a quality review. MAISON 4110 reserves the right to decline a return order if the goods do not meet our quality standards and will be returned to you at your cost
  • Once everything is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund to the original payment method (minus any applicable duties) or the exchange will be shipped out at that time
  • Local customers have the option of returning online purchases in store

Customers are responsible for all exchanges and returns outside of Canada and the USA. Please note your return must be shipped out within 3 business days of receiving your Return Authorization.

MAISON 4110 is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit

Please allow for up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once processed. Please note that it could take up to 10 business days for your banking institution to post the transaction.

Items purchased online can also be returned in store however, the above policies only apply to the MAISON 4110 online store. Please inquire in store for the store policies. Items purchased in the store, can not be returned online.
