For customers ordering in Canada and the United States, shipping over $550 CAD as well as returns on non-discounted items are on us. 

RETURN POLICY

MAISON 4110 takes pride in providing full refunds on all full priced items.

• Items with a discount of less than 25% are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days.

• Items with a 25% to 49% discount are eligible for store credit only.

• 50% off or more are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

Shipping
Once an order is received, it will be processed within 1 – 2 business days.

All orders are shipped using the following shipping carriers: Purolator, Canada Post or FedEx.

Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day. 

Returns
Online orders that require a return or exchange must be requested within 14 days from the receipt of your shipment.
Items returned outside this period will not be eligible.
